The 3% tax applies to $EI transfers, including buys, sells and wallet-to-wallet transfers. StonkFun collects and processes it, then distributes to eligible holders. Trading fees are separate. There is no separate creator-fee allocation. Payouts can be delayed and may sometimes be made in $EI instead of SPCXx.
